Wenn
Sie Ihren gebuchten Urlaub nicht antreten können bzw.
absagen...
- Bei
einer
Stornierung bis 8 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt zahlen Sie eine
Bearbeitungsgebühr
von 100,00 € pro gebuchtes Zimmer.
- Bei einer
Stornierung bis 4 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt berechnen wir eine
Stornogebühr von
20% des gebuchten Reisepreises.
- Bei Stornierungen
in der Zeit von 4 Wochen bis 10 Tage vor Reiseantritt berechnen wir 50%
des
gebuchten Reisepreises.
- Bei Stornierungen
in der Zeit von 10 Tagen bis zur Anreise berechnen wir 70% des
gebuchten
Reisepreises.
- Bei Nichtanreise
oder bei vorzeitiger Abreise werden 100% des Reisepreises
verrechnet.
Die obgenannten
Stornokonditionen sind unabhängig
davon, ob die stornierten Zimmer wieder ganz oder auch nur teilweise
weiter
vermietet werden.
Am Anreisetag
sind die Zimmer ab 12:00 Uhr
bezugsfertig. Am Abreisetag sind die Zimmer bis 10:00 Uhr freizugeben.

Se non è possibile prendere la vostra
vacanza
prenotata o annullato ...
- Una cancellazione fino a 8 settimane prima della
vacanza, si paga una tassa di € 100,00 - per ogni camera
prenotata.
- Una cancellazione fino a 4 settimane prima
dell'arrivo, verrà addebitato una tassa di cancellazione del
20% del viaggio
prenotato.
- Cancellazioni nel periodo da 4 settimane a 10
giorni
prima della partenza verrà addebitato il 50% del viaggio
prenotato.
- Disdetta meno di 10 giorni prima della data di
arrivo:
il 70% del viaggio prenotato.
- No show o partenza anticipata, verrà
addebitato il
100% penale.
Le condizioni suddette sono valide
indipendentemente dal fatto che le
camere annullate verranno affittate
dopo
la disdetta.
Al
giorno di arrivo le camere sono disponibili dalle ore 12:00. Alla
partenza le camere devono essere liberate entro le ore 10:00.

This cancellation fees are independent of the fact

the day of arrival the rooms
